Hi.
My name is Ciprian and i have a site and ads on this site worked fine for almost 1 year. But since 3 days ago ... i was stuned when i receved a message that my ads are desabled with no specific reason (like adult content, copyrights, rasial or violent content... click encuragements.. all the known/common reasons) ...
From my knoledge ... i gues is something regarding about my content... not original, not unique, small content on page... or site not user frendly.... (any outher opinion is helpfull for me, i'am new in this game)
I want to use adsense in the future... but now i dont know what to do next ...
Is just me or google is starting a war against images site?

P.S sry for my english... is not my first language.

You have no privacy policy for one. And secondly, many of those images look like they are copyrighted. Some certainly are because I recognize the artists.

If it isn't for copyright, those images all your copyright are they eh ;-)..I ask because I actually know the owners of some of the copyright pictures you are using, and I don't think it is you :)..English is indeed the first language of some of them :)

Then it will be for the coozilla! ads, which look so much like adsense ads that running them with adsense is an "instant ban"..

I'm going back to see if you have ripped off any of mine :(

I never said is original content... but we periodicaly buy images ...
coozilla code was added afte the google bloked adsense ads.
In your oppinion the copyright is the main reason?

Mate, after far too many years on the internet [with some genuine verifiable exceptions]?

I take [alphabetically] complaints about AdSense, Amazon, eBay,[insert your own here], Kontera, PayPal, whatever with a grain of salt.

Every time good folks look deeply into these issues? Invariably there are serious breaches of TOS. Sometimes accidental, sometimes not keeping up with recent changes.

Mostly IMHO, people thinking they're "smarter than the average bear" and worked out a "lurk" to game the system.

We don't offer much sympathy because we play by the rules.

ok.. thanks... i also wanna play by the rulles... i have another content site... i make articles and tuttorials (not in englush :))... i help as i cant... this situation was a real eye opener... and was searching for outhers oppinions... is "my first issue ever"...
It is imposible to verify 100% of all images in 1 pack... and the copyright issue is very sensitive... i will try to correct the mistake.
10x again

quote from the site..
All desktop wallpapers found on this site are believed to be in the "public domain". The origin of some of the wallpapers is unclear. So ..it is really , the usual "rip off" other people's work ( claim it was
It is imposible to verify 100% of all images in 1 pack... and the copyright issue is very sensitive

someone else's fault that sold them to the site, ) and slap adsense round it..
i also wanna play by the rulles

Your actions and the above "disclaimer" contradict your words here..

All the "partner sites" with the same owner ;-) use other people's copyright images and or content re-spun too..

I never said is original content...

Well, that is one of the criteria for adsense. Did you not read the TOS for adsense ? I know you didn't read the WebmasterWorld TOS.

In your oppinion the copyright is the main reason?
One reason, yes. The other is that you do not have a privacy policy - another part of the criteria for adsense.

So why are you here complaining about your adverts being blocked ?

i'am new at this... 16 years old.
Btw..you have to be 18 to sign up for adsense,
[support.google.com...]
but..you'll have read that in the adsense TOS ( available in all languages that accept adsense, including Romanian ) when you signed up ..so it won't come as "news" ;-)..

I don't believe anyone who has very precise English language copyright disclaimers ( on all of the many sites they own that use other people's copyright images and content ) and who says that they did not know what they were doing in relation to copyright..

Google probably don't believe it either..
11:07 am on Aug 8, 2012 (gmt 0)

i know the limit is 18 ... (ad sense in configurated on my mother name) that disclamer is 100% taken.. a friend of mine said to me that I shoud have something like that as disclamer.. and he gives me his page...
ok like i said no problem.. is just the first step.. i have many more

Btw..you have to be 18 to sign up for adsense,
That'll be a third, and most important reason, (for Google) to ban you.
