I've recently changed my settings to "Only allow certain sites to display ads for my account"

Now and then, I will be imformed that example.com is showing my code. This could be greatly improved upon if they gave us an acual URL where the code (and probably my content) is on. There is no point in telling me that blogger is showing it. Finding a needle in a haystack would be quicker and less stressful.

Yes, especially if the blocked sites are generating clicks.

Exactly, jpch. And no doubt copyright violations too.

This is pretty basic but maybe you could do a search for your AdSense Publisher ID and see what it returns? Might have to refine the search to Year or Month to find some sites that have copied your site including the AdSense code?

I did this a week ago because I found impressions from a site that was copy and pasting sections of my code. The idiot thought that taking the middle html section of my tools (the form feilds) would allow them to function, which of coarse they don't. So in addition, my adsense code appeared on many pages.

That is okay if they have copied a page, because the adsense code will appear on screen as code (and not showing adverts).

It is more likely that they have framed a page, and therefore will not appear if I google my Pub-ID. I know that old chestnut ;)
