How do you know they're invalid?
I have clicks from all over the world, leave it to Google to decide, if they're invalid they'll not credit you with the earnings however they may leave the clicks showing.

You can block any country from accessing your site via the .htaccess file but that doesn't stop them from clicking ads in Google cache, etc. but meta NOARCHIVE solves that problem.
