Odd title link text in "shown ads"

I'm seeing under "shown ads", a lot of ads with the title text in the following format:
{Keyword:Link link buiding for SEO} and {Keyword:Google website?} etc., with the curly brackets and starting with "Keyword:"
I'm seeing MANY ads with this odd format. Anyone else?
