I had a domain name that previously ran AdSense, but no longer. I sold it, and removed the domain from the list of approved sites that can display ads in my AdSense account.

Should I also notify Google that the domain is out of my control now? How do I notify them, I don't see a link in the AdSense account area.

Was a domain transfer properly done? If the whois no longer points to you, it would soon become evident you no longer control it.

Yes, properly done and the whois info reflects the new owner.

No need to notify Google. Just remove it from allowed sites, make sure the buyers don't upload your content with your ad code on it (just to be safe) and you're done.

NO do not notify them.... just make sure things are transferred correctly, remove it from your webmaster tools, etc. and stay low on the radar
