Low CTR gonna effect entire account?

I stray away from 728x90 ads, because they have such low CTR's. However I'm thinking about adding them back into one site that gets 150k views per day. I assume it's gonna get a CTR of something like .10 or lower, resulting in less than 150 clicks per day. Just want to see if I can make more money...

That particular site though, without the 728x90 is getting 1.25% ctr. There are 2 ad units, a 160x600 and a 300x25. On that particular site, I have low CTR because each user views like 11-80 pages per visit. Averages around 11-15 though.

You won't know unless you try it.

If it doesn't work out well - just remove the new ads, and your performance should go back to what it was within days.

No guarantees, but that's how it usually works.

Not only is it a low CTR it also contains the highest paying ads, since i have it at the top of the page.

Gonna test for a week.
