You can put up to three ad units on a page, and you can position them however you like on the page.

and I find only one google adsense can display,
how to make the other display too.

You should see the second and third ad units begin showing ads within a day or two. They will rarely show ads right away.

If your particular area of targeting does not support it, you might never see all of the ads populated. I've got pages with three on them and at times, I've seen them all running ads, other times, maybe two or one full and two in another, I've even seen single ad boxes running only two or three ads at a time. It's all about topic and inventory.
