Best bank in finland to cash out checks?

I'm currently using Osuuspankki as my bank and they take 5-10eur/check if i remember correctly, and of course i would love to pay less for getting my money.

So the question is: does anyone here know which bank has the cheapest price for cashing out checks?

Think that's reasonable fee. Nordea takes minimum of 15 euros.
