New dates for Adsense in your City were announced in the Adsense Blog:
Walnut Creek, CA - Tuesday, Sept 27th
Kansas City, MO - Wednesday, Oct 5th
Chicago, IL - Monday and Tuesday, Oct 17th & 18th
Las Vegas, NV - Thursday and Friday, Nov 10th & 11th (PubCon week)

I signed up for the Las Vegas one. I haven't heard back yet to see if I am allowed to go. It'll be interesting because you supposedly sit down with someone from Adsense who reviews your site to look for ways to improve your Adsense income.

When I signed up for the last round of cities they took about a week to confirm I was in.
I don't think that the blog post was emailed out like they normally are, so probably there aren't that many people aware of the new dates.

Yes, the best part is one the 20-minute one-on-one optimization session. The introductory session is pretty basic.

In the email I received they got the times for the Walnut Creek meetings wrong. The email says 9:30 AM and the online form says 9:00 AM. My request for clarification went unanswered.

It was nice to be in a room with other people who do the same thing as I, and the one on one was good if only to hear that my site meets Adsense guidelines. The human touch was nice.

I just got confirmation that I can go to the Adsense In Your City in November. Woohoo.
