does anybody knows how adsense calculate the value of lead provided to advertisers?

1) It shows what Google means by "conversion tracking" (which isn't always about sales).
2) We can safely assume that Google uses conversion tracking to determine "smart pricing" discounts for specific types of content, specific sites, or possibly both. Smart-pricing discounts have a direct effect on publisher EPC and revenues.
As for the exact mechanism that Google uses to determine smart-pricing discounts and publisher EPC, that's a trade secret--which is probably a good thing to the extent that it makes life a little harder for the "Made for AdSense" crowd. :-)
