Hi all,

I wish to know whether any of you using adsense mobile content ads?

I have a mobile site and so far I was using Admob (mobile ad network acquired by Google) but last month onwards they seems to have made a lot of banning of publisher accounts without a specific reason also its not allowing to add up new sites in its publisher accounts rather only supporting apps advertising now.

So now I'm using adsense mobile ads in my mobile sites. But don't know why the earnings are very low. I'm getting about 1k impressions. While I was using admob, I used to get $3 to $5. now with adsense its less than $1. Any suggestionsm, guys? o.O

Welcome to WebmasterWorld cuteafsal

I use the normal ads, they show up fine on all the major mobile devices, pads, tablets, netbooks etc. plus the click values seem to be the same.

I do quite well with AdSense for mobile on my event sites. The CTR wasn't near as much as the desktop platform ads, but the earnings per click were way higher; averaged close to a buck a pop.

As with anything, I'm sure it has to do with availability of ads within your niche, and possibly the source of your traffic affects the smart pricing aspect.

@HuskyPup Thanks for the warm welcome :)

Hmm.. I have about 90% users from India maybe thats the reason of low earnings per click. The ads also don't even show up sometimes in my sites. Are you guys getting ads shown up all the time in the site?

Insofar as I am aware yes but I'm not 100% sure. India eh, yep my click values are one of the lowest averaging USD 0.10 EPC for the last 5 months.
