Big diffrence between estimated earnings and payment to bank.

Hi,

I'm an Adsense publisher for many years now.
The monthly payment is a 4-digit number.

Now in my Adsense panel, I see 'estimated earnings' for a certain month, and if a payment is issued, that's always a few euro's more or less than the 'estimated' earnings for that month.

For July however, the diffrence is hundreds of dollars.
Actually it is 16% diffrence between the estimated earnings in the report, and the issued payment.

I couldn't contact anyone from the Adsense team to ask if this was correct ( oh that customer service.. ), so I ask it here.
Is this 'normal' ? Does this happens often ?

I had around a hundred bucks lopped off in July, where normally it's just three or four tops. Hoping it's not a trend. July was my highest earnings month ever by at least four fold, so I attributed it to that.

For August it is 18% diffrence between estimated earnings and the payment they will make this month (September).
This is demotivating.
If anyone has the same experience, or know who I could contact from Google to take a look at this, plz let me know. Thx
