Recently I have purchased a domain from a person but after purchase was confirm, the older owner of the Domain told me that domain-name was banned from the Google adsense.
Just want to know that can I again use this domain for my adsense account? Is it is a violation of Google TOS.
I am expecting answer from Senior Member of this Forum, moreover, If Adsense adviser personally give a statement, it will be highly appreciated.

Thanks in Advance for any co-operation.

Google does recognize ownership change, but I've heard of it taking *years*. This is a question you probably should have asked before you completed the transaction, unfortunately. You might get it approved, you could try. But I wouldn't count on it.

You'll not get a definitive answer from anyone here these days and especially a non-participating ASA!

I do know of people in the past who have had success at doing this however before they launched it they cleared everything at G's end first and therein lies the rub...will you get any response from them?

My next business plan will be just to rip people off and ignore them when they come chasing...it obviously works.

That question comes up quite often. Search for "Adsense banned domain".
In 2005 ASA replied:
We know domains can change hands and we look at many factors when determining which sites can show Google ads. Therefore, just because a domain was not allowed to show ads in the past doesn't mean that it will remain that way.

If you have specific concerns, we recommend emailing adsense-support@google.com.

This post in the Google Adsense forum shows how someone recently got a domain unbanned:

Good to know in case you buy a domain then find out that it is banned from Adsense. There is an Adsense banned domain checker tool but I don't know how accurate it is so I won't post the link.

That might be old information, as the last time I tried to email that adsense-support@google.com address, it was bounced back to me saying I couldn't contact them that way. I think that address only accepts emails with a valid issue tracking number in the subject line. Your best bet might be to post over on the Google help forum.
