Adsense Ad Serving stopped

Adsense ads were disabled on one of my websites. I did not receive any warning or notice as to why ad serving was disabled. I have checked my spam box, I have checked my messages in my Adsense account page.... nothing. I have carefully reviewed all guidelines on the following page:

[google.com...]

I can not submit the following Policy Violation Appeal form because it required an "Issue ID#" which I obviously do not have since I received no email or message in my Adsense account page regarding any issue with any of my websites. Here is what it says under the box where I am supposed to enter the Issue ID#:

"You can find the Issue ID # at the bottom of your email notification. If you do not have your email notification, you can request it be re-sent to you."

...with a link to the following "Request to re-send a policy notification":

[google.com...]

When I fill out the "Request to re-send a policy notification" all I receive is the following from Adsense:

Hi,

Thanks for your email.

We apologize that you didn't receive the original email notification. For future reference, all policy notifications can be viewed by visiting the Messages page, under the Home tab when you sign in to your AdSense account.

If you received a policy notification and would like clarification, if ad serving was disabled to your site, or if you received a notification in error, please refer to our Help Center for more information:

[google.com...]

If your account was disabled and you are unable to sign in and would like additional clarification, please refer to our Help Center for more information:

[google.com...]

Sincerely,

The Google AdSense Team

So I sent an email directly to adsense-support@google.com with the following information:

To Adsense Support,

Adsense ads are not being served on my website at the following URL(s):

URL WAS PLACED HERE

I have removed the most recent post, which I can only assume is what caused the ads to be disabled. I did not receive an email in regards to this issue, therefore I do not have an Issue ID # that is required to fill out the Policy Violation Appeal. The notification may have been in my spam folder or accidentally deleted before I could read it. I apologize for any inconvenience. There are no messages in my Adsense account when I log in either. How can I get the ad serving restored? I am fully committed to finding out what exactly caused the ads to be disabled and to comply with all Adsense program policies and terms of service.

Thank you for any assistance that you can give me.

Then I receive the following back from Adsense:

Hello Alan,

Thank you for your email.

You can request to have the notification resent here:

[google.com...]

For additional questions, I'd encourage you to visit the AdSense Help
Center ( [google.com...] ) or the official AdSense blog( [adsense.blogspot.com?utm_source=txft...] ). Alternatively, feel free to post your question on the AdSense Help Forum (
[google.com...] ).

Sincerely,

AdSense Support
The Google AdSense Team

And round and round I go. Unable to fill out the Policy Violation Appeal form, unable to have the notification resent, and completely unaware of what if any policy I was in violation of, therefore unable to accurately correct what may have caused the ads to stop being served to my site.

I receive over a million page impressions per month with all of my sites that run Adsense. I pay extremely focused attention to the Adsense policies and terms of service, and always would immediately correct any issues that arise. I have never had a single issue arise with my adsense account in the 4 years or so that I have been a publisher.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I simply need the ORIGINAL EMAIL POLICY NOTIFICATION with the issue ID#. I am not asking for help with anything else.

Sincerely,

Extremely sad, frustrated, and confused publisher.

What were the contents of this post? Note that the big G is NOT FORGIVING. Even if you could get a hold of someone, they rarely change their minds when it comes to what they deem unacceptable, especially in the last few years.

Unfortunately there's nobody here really who can help you. We don't get much presence from Google anymore. Your best bet would be to go to the Google AdSense forum, as they do have Google employees there, and maybe you can catch someone's attention.

oncameratalent, I think your post will be edited, we can paste emails content, sorry to hear your story

true

There are some threads here on how to get your account back on track, its mainly about insisting and showing that you care about following the guidelines (and it depends a lot on the real cause of your banning), an then just wait...

Sorry about the email content posted, I did not know it was not allowed. I tried to edit the email content out, and it said "time to edit post has expired", so now I can't change it.

I apologize to the admins.

There is a form in the Adsense website to recall the suspension email. Once you fill it, two or three days later, they will realize they forgot to send you a message (or anything else) and you will receive the cause of the suspension in your inbox.

Lexur

If you read my long-winded post, you would see that the link you sent me is the main problem. I do not have the Issue ID # required for the form to be submitted successfully.

But thank you kindly I appreciate you trying to help. I looks like I am just plain out of luck and will not get any help from Adsense. I did post in the Adsense forum and nobody responded.

Oh, well I will just keep praying and hope things work out so I can at least find out what caused the ads to be disabled on that website and eventually receive the Issue ID# that I need to fill out that form.

I can see what's your problem.
Yes, you've got a problem and it's not a technical issue or a Google's fault; it's your own fault.

I tried to help you.

Did you make any recent changes to your website and maybe disabled the ads yourself accidently? Have you checked the Adsense code and your publisher id inside the code?
