I have written to Google on several occasions, so this is sort of a last resort. I have opened a new account for the same website since. I have come to love Google Adsense, but the lack of support taints the love.

This is the situation:

Back in Feb, I was moving to a different country, and tried to change update address. I was told I had to close the account first, and open a new one. I couldn't update the name to that of a friends, and I couldn't change the address (country), and I don't live there any more.

I had the Western Union option selected. This is the response I got from Google back then.

Because we will not be able to send your payment to your new country, you may wish to keep your bank account open until your last payment has been processed (if you're being paid by EFT). Alternatively, you might prefer to update your payment address to send the payment to a friend or relative who can forward it to your new country.

It has at least been 115 days since then. And this was the last message I got from Google.

Thank you for taking the time to write to us. As per your request, we have permanently closed your AdSense account.

We'll pay out your closed account within 90 days, according to the payment schedule outlined in the AdSense Terms and Conditions (https://www.google.com/adsense/terms ).

I want to get paid my earnings on my last account. Anyone from Google Adsense listening here? Anyoneeee?

Probably not. You're better off going to the Google AdSense group.

Just a quick update on this.

They are now transferring my earnings from my old account to the new one in the next month.

If they do this without any delay and issues, I am going to forgive and forget all the 20+ emails we exchanged and time spent restating what they already knew ;)
