New ad units under a different account and earnings

I've had some ad units running under my partner's account that's been getting several hundreds of thousands of pageviews per month for the last year or so.

For personal accounting purposes I need to transfer the ads on this site/domain to my account by creating new ad units and replacing the existing ones on the site.

Will this have any effect on my CPM/earnings? In particular, would ads that site-target my domain be affected?

Well your channels will be different, so I would go in and set new placements, because that could affect your targeting.

I did this when I had to split my stuff off into a corporate account. Earnings took a bit of a dive for a couple weeks then bounced back better than ever. YMMV.
