AdChoices replacing Google text?

I'm so used to seeing the ads by Google text on adsense units that I got a startle when I saw it replaced with "AdChoices" a moment ago.

Have I missed an announcement on why my units all say AdChoices with an arrow? Have I been hacked? Is there something different about AdChoices units?

I have to say that I don't entirely love having THREE arrows in such close proximity on some ad units, two to see more ads and one to see a page about adchoices. On 160x600 units for example the adchoices arrow points to the navigational arrows and draws a bit much attention. On 326x280 units it points away from the unit, someone will be adding a button or link right beside that arrow to take advantage I'm sure.

Am I the only one or do you think that the actual text and graphic of "AdChoices" looks bad/pixelated?

I'm seeing issues in how the 468x60 ads display in IE9. In some cases, the exact same ad block looks chopped off - and it's got the same css, same ad settings. But it's like it's not quite tall enough and is chopping off part of the display URL. *only* seeing it in IE.

Pretty sure it's not my CSS; for me it works okay in FF4 (the 468x60; not using rectangles at the moment) and I gave it like a 20px padding and 20px margin as a test, still had the same problem.

Seriously, that's the best looking logo these corporate giants could come up with? It looks terrible. I feel it acts as a click repellent on my ads.

just curious. Adbrite now also have adchoice logo and so is luminate. Do they now display adsense ads? At luminate I think yes. I don't see it for adbrite which shows empty ads neverthless on indonesia.
