This question may have cropped up before, so apologies if it has.
I would like to add a 200 by 90 adlink to a new layout of one of my websites. More specifically, I would like to set the border to #FFFFFF and place it within a CSS div with a 1px border (set to a very light shade of grey).
I assume this is allowed?
It does this job of separating the ad from the surrounding content as well as making it look a bit less garish.
