What Else Did They Introduce With Panda?

It's been seven days since Panda went global when my earnings started to decline with a much lower CTR.

On my largest site this is 12th-19th April v 1st March to 11th April

Daily PIs - Almost identical
Clicks -17.02%
CTR -15.87%
eCPM -15.90%
Earnings -17.06%

That's one helluva coincidence to me.

Is anyone else seeing similar?

Geotargeting changed. i'm in the same boat with a shop that serves only the UK but all of a sudden has a lot of abandoned carts from all around the world.

Oddly my total traffic looks fairly similar to before. Maybe up 10%. So a Panda hit in the UK and a bit of a Panda bonus for international visitors.

I'm experiencing exactly same issue.

Clicks, CTR, eCPM and earnings down about 15% while traffic is about same as before.

I'm not seeing it either but I do know that the site I sold a year ago suffered a 40% fall in traffic about a week ago with a corresponding fall in income. The site is totally UK based.

Scary, because the UK seems to only have had one Panda update. Presumably we are due another couple of updates in the UK over the next couple of months.

Looking at the site I sold and my current sites I can see some differences but who knows if they are reason for being hit by the Panda update.

The sold site was changed to allow user generated content. It is moderated but not very well.

The sold site has had almost no updates over the past year other than user generated content.

Other than those two points I can't see any differences.

I do know that the BBC has taken number one spot for several keywords recently for both the sold site and my existing portfolio of sites. They haven't changed their content or focus it just seems that post Panda they have achieved inordinately successful positions in the SERPS. I wish they would stick to their business area and stop spending millions of pounds in areas that are no concern of theirs.
