Interest Based Ads - Problem

Opted out, but still seeing Interest Based Ads

We have opted out of the Interest Based Ads, however, when checking this, we find that the ads showing are still showing Interest Based Ads.

Does anyone have a similar problem and possibly a solution to the problem?

I have found a post that I missed when searching for this earlier on.

That's a pain in the back side we cannot fully turn it off.

Anyhow, thanks again for the poke in the right direction.
