Google adsense Account disable? Question?

Hello, can any body tell me about the situation in which a Google ad-sense account has been disable which is running on the only one website.
Now that person want to put the ad-sense code in that site from his/her mother, father or sister ad-sense account.... Is it the violation of Google TOS or it is acceptable to Google as Google always says that your account has been disable not mentioning any thing of website on which the ad-sense was running.

It is your account that is disabled. Putting your old code (which no longer works) on another site is not going to achieve anything.

Your family ember can apply for an adsense account. However I would suspect that application would be more likely to fail if Google sees your disabled adsense code on your faily members site.
