New order in AdSense displayed ads - URL on top!

Just noticed AdSense URL is no longer displayed at the very bottom of ads.

Hi All - I searched but couldn't find this as a topic.

I just noticed AdSense URL is no longer displayed at the very bottom of ads. I know they do testing of variations, so I'm not sure if this is a permanent change (or "permanent" new rotation effectiveness testing strategy), but... I like it!

It now lists as:

- Underlined, bold headline
- URL
- Larger, main text/ad description

I would like to know if you agree that it's a good move, or there is something that I may be overlooking. Of course, better CTR results speak for themselves.

Maybe it's a test on your site etc, none of mine have changed...yet!

I think they're testing too. I just saw one adblock where the url in a very tiny font was displayed to the right of the ad title. The usual ad was below that line.

Usual Ad Title www.example.com
This is the usual description of the offering, blah, blah, blah and blah.

My initial response is that I have to like it. Anything a little different to combat ad blindness, to get noticed more, should help CTR. But you're right HP, it's not on all my sites, but just a few.

If the AAdvisor is reading this, please keep it going! I like the test, and I'd like to see it network-wide.
