Adding another website

When you sign up for adsense, am I correct in thinking you nominate a site you wish to start putting it on?

If so, what happens if you create another website and want it on that also? Do you have to write to Google and ask them first? Or do you just put it on your site and later Google finds it and reviews it?

No need to contact google. As long as the new site meets the Adsense TOS you can put it up on any site you control.

You can monitor your income from different sites using channels in the AdSense control panel.
