Is it against the TOS to run cpalead ads with adsense on the same page?

Ever compared earnings of cpalead with Google adsense?

IMHO there is no problem as long as Adsense and CPA Ads looks different. We have been using many CPA Ads along with Adsense for many years.
No issues whatsoever.

May be ASA can give Authoritative answer on this.

For us Adsense still rules in earning compare to CPA Ads.

It is okay to place other ads on the same page as your Google ads. However, as Rajivatre said, the other ads cannot in any way be confused with Google ads. Here's what the AdSense program policies states:

"Competitive Ads and Services

In order to prevent user confusion, publishers may not display Google ads or search boxes on websites that also contain other ads or services formatted to use the same layout and colours as the Google ads or search boxes on that site. Although you may sell ads directly on your site, it is your responsibility to ensure that these ads cannot be confused with Google ads."

To add what the ASA has said, you will have to find out what the other company has to say.

For example, Google will allow Yahoo adverts, but Yahoo will not allow Adsense on the same page... unless the rules have changed yet again.

CPALEAD ads lock the page till the visitor completes a survey. It certainly can't be confused with Google ads, but the page locked will have Google Adsense on it.

This policy is pretty well "cryptic" and meant as such. Scaring people as the possible use of other competitor network "why this question needed to be ask"

You can use any "legal" network you want.

to deny use of other competitors networks would violate some type of monopoly laws I'm sure.

With Adsense you can use them as long as you don't try to imitate Adsense "with isn't really possible unless you paste "Ads by Google" on the ads LMAO.


Don't let TOS unclarity scare you from other opportunities.

What it all mean is.

Google: Don't be having ad that imitate our ads or trying to use our name, and make people think we are responsible for those ads.

example: Selling #*$! enlargement in a ad that make people think it's from Google.

No network has an exclusive right over your site "unless you set up an exclusive deal", and any legal term you agreed to, the final verdict is the courts "not the TOS".

I seen ton of non competitive, no competes, exclusive policies, etc kick out because they interfere with a persons or business ability to earn a living, exclusive dealing, etc.

On any given page you have a MWR "Most Wanted Response" if those CPA Lead captures make more, I wouldn't want to use them with Adsense any way. An cheap ad might rob you of a higher Lead.
