This Sunday, March 20, our engineers will be performing routine site maintenance from 10am to 2pm PDT. You'll be unable to log in to your AdSense account during this time, but we'll continue serving ads to your pages and tracking your clicks, impressions, and earnings as usual. In addition, your ad targeting won't be affected.

Thanks! ASA.

I really, REALLY hope the maintenance will include a refinement of the algorithm. My CTR and eCPM have been down 30-40% since Feb 28 while Impressions have remained strong.

For well over three hundred years the world has been using GMT. Why now do we have to learn what PDT and whatever XXT etc is?

Not a go at you ASA, just an observation that the majority of the world still understands what GMT -X or GMT +X means but a lot of us have to use google just to find out what on earth some people are talking about.

Or maybe that is the plan........ get us searching for the answers.

I will be back in MOT.

Agreed, unfortunately PDT has not been the centre of the world ever, by chance GMT has.

It is a sad reflection on Google that they haven't realised the centre of the world is not PDT. Google may be there but the rest of the world isn't. This may not be just a small mistake, missing out on the fact that the USA is not the centre of the world, and this is an ever increasing fact, may well prove fatal for Google.

But then again, us in Europe can't even join the Microsoft Ad program. It's sad.

Watch those who take a more global view of advertising, they see the future more clearly.
