After reading incredibill posting on marcus007, There is trick which is not discussed much, which is followed by one of the biggest adsense publishers i.e is putting affiliate links with frequency capping of 3 on low performing adsense pages which used to pay him $3 ecpm instead of $0.5 ecpm of adsense.
Do any one of you employ this trick, Is there any kind of software to manage affiliate links with frequency capping?
