A few months ago accidentally deleted my Google Account, I used the AdSense program into account,
Now I have a lot of time trying to open a new account, but always tell me that I already have an account!
I do not know what to do! , I keep getting letters from Google, but I could not access my account.

I'm sorry, but I don't think we can help you. You could try the Google forum for AdSense; they do have some Google reps there that can be a little more hands-on.

You cannot (as far as I am aware) delete your account, and I do not see how you can close it, or where. You have to contact Google to close it.
