Introducing new AdSense Advisor

Hi everyone,

I wanted to introduce myself as the new ASA. We've had some transitions on our team, and so as you've probably noticed, we haven't been as active with posting here in recent months. But we've still been reading your posts, and we're looking to get more involved again.

As ASA, I'd like to use this space to get to know you all better, address your concerns, provide clarifications, and hear your feedback on how we can improve AdSense for all publishers.

I'll be reading the posts daily and contributing as much as I can. I'm very much looking forward to the dialogue and hope it'll be as valuable for you as it will be for the AdSense team and me!

Welcome new ASA, please update us on what is going on with Adsense 2011. I lost close to $500/day in my earnings, from $1k a day now I barely get close to $400. My rankings are same, my traffic has increased just something has gone wrong in Adsense.

True, but more like since mid november in my case. It'd be nice to know things such as "Google is experimenting with IBA for a few weeks and your earnings average may be affected." I'd still lose money but at least I wouldn't be so much in the dark, semi panicking.

people here want to hear what it is happening with adsense. Many of us already watched adsense videos, read documents etc.
So, Please do not tell us general things about adsense. Some of us are running adsense for years, so they have their own statistical data.
Still we did not hear really satisfactory words from google yet.

Do not say please, I am sorry with your low earnings all the time, general things, congradulations messages etc.

i always feel sorry for these PR guys (because that's what they are). 95% of the people that post on here do it because something has gone wrong. when it all goes right (which is most of the time) they don't bother. it's like fighting fires, with no tea breaks.
