Question: Page Impressions and Clicks stats go parallel?

In Adsense stats, Do Page Impressions and Clicks go parallel?

For example, I got 100 Imp and 2 clicks at specific time range
After some time, I see 100 Imps in adsense stats. at this time, should I see also "2 clicks" or sometimes is there some delay between page impressions and clicks ?
