Is this new or did I miss it? I found it at the bottom of the page when I clicked on the "My Account" tab.

For displaying ads with AdSense for content, publishers receive 68% of the amount Google collects from advertisers. For AdSense for search, publishers receive 51% of the amount collected from advertisers.

Yep, I'm seeing it too - well spotted.
Its also in the new interface (I switched over to look)

(*cough* You might want to redact the actual percentage from your post - its probably one of the things TOS prevents us sharing...)

Thanks rustybrick, I don't click on the "My Account Tab" very often, let alone scroll to the bottom.

It is a quote i took from an AdSense page which is public information.

Yep, I'm seeing it too - well spotted.

AdSense for content publishers, who make up the vast majority of our AdSense publishers, earn a 68% revenue share worldwide. This means we pay 68% of the revenue that we collect from advertisers for AdSense for content ads that appear on your sites.

Since launching AdSense for content in 2003, this revenue share has never changed.

So it's actually pretty useless information in your account.

Yeah, I was - the question of 'what do I get after smart pricing?' has long been asked for by publishers, and I thought this was new.
Silly me...

Well that explains why Content pays better than Search ads
