Help boosting Impressions

Impressions are down and need tips to boost them.

I am kind of new to this google seo scene. We have realized that revenue fell in the mid to end of September into October. I researched adsense and realized that my impressions dropped which led to fewer clicks and less revenue. What are some of the reasons for less impressions? What can I do to find out the problem? What can I do to fix this?

What are some of the reasons for less impressions

Less traffic. Changes in SERPS resulting in your pages being found by different keywords. Sunspots. Changes in hamsters diet, etc...

What can I do to find out the problem?

A meticulous review of server logs is where I usually start.

What can I do to fix this?

Fixing a problem implies that you've identified the problem to begin with, which you haven't yet. Find out why you're receiving fewer impressions, report back here and someone will be better equipped to advise you how to deal with it.

You can also pray to whatever entity you worship, cross your fingers, sacrifice virgins. Sometimes I just ignore it and it goes away.

Not trying to be overly funny here but loss of impressions covers a wide range of ground in terms of diagnostics.
