Not a lot of people here use it. I tried it a couple years ago, but it vastly inflated my impressions (and didn't play particularly well with AdSense) I may give it another go next year, as supposedly there have been some improvements.

what exactly do u mean?

i used admanager and the earnings for the day dropped by 25%... is it because of admanager?

Can't say, and one day's stats isn't enough for decision making. If you want to test informally, you could take two pages that previously performed roughly the same way, and use Ad Manager on one and traditional code on the other.

When I used Ad Manager, suddenly my impressions almost doubled (maybe because I had it set to open in a new window?) and I didn't feel I had a good handle on what was happening. So I turned it off. Didn't have it on long enough ascertain effect on actual earnings.

It wasn't really designed to work with AdSense, but with direct advertising. Google didn't create the product themselves, they bought it from someone else.

Well seeing Netmeg advice on saturday i start using adplanner but suddenly my earning drop 50%. I test for 3 days.I switch off sharing analytics.I think thing are going back and i am seeing 50% up again after 24 hrs. Before this advice my october ecpm were at all time high.I am making more money by not having placements and adplanner, I think Google doesn't like this.I am experiencing same thing as drall. Well Netmeg section targeting idea works well.I appreciate it but adplanner is waste of time and revenue. Google want us to be dependent on its system, can't take 50% revenue down anymore.
