multiple sites single adsense account or 1 account : 1 site

i was go through different forums and websites,

its written over there that If you are applying or having multiple adsense account, can also lead to ban your both the accounts.

is it true?


personally i would want 1 account for 1 site,...multiple site on single account could be risky,... furthermore, today i read on WW that adsense accounts could get banned for sites serving youtube,... can you guys help me with this

You are only allowed to have one account in your name.

In the U.S., you can have two accounts if one is a personal account and one is a business account, but they have to be distinct. The personal account should be under your SS# and the business account should be under an FEIN. Separate bank accounts.
