adsense + sevaral other ads - is it against TOS?

Hi,

I know adsense is a very good (and probably) the highest payer as far as contextual ads are concerned. However, slowly I am beginning to think of using at least four to five other affiliates like bidvertiser, infolinks, adbrite etc (without disturbing user experience much and taking care that ads are not crowded.)

Is this against adsense TOS? Please someone help.

Clearly, you haven't read the TOS.

What you need to do is to read the TOS for all parties, in full.

Just because Google will allow it, it doesn't mean that the other companies will.

The TOS will give full details. If you read it in full, you may see other things you were not aware of.

Last time that I read the ToS you could not use Adsense with other CONTEXTUAL ads. There is (or was when I last read it) no problem with having, for example, an Amazon affiliate link on the same page.

As Lame_Wolf says, it works both ways, you need to check the other advertisers' ToS as well.

As an aside, I have seen people caught out using Adsense with "free" hosting, in other words where the hosting services also puts their own ads on the page. The hosting service may use multiple ad networks depending on geography and while you may not see Adsense it doesn't mean that they don't use it. In such cases it is you who are in breach of the ToS.

So you should probably read it again. You can run AdSense with other contextual ads now, they just can't look anything like the Google ads.
