Is it possible to look at all adwords ads and know bid of each ppc

any help on this topic would be most appreciated..
If there is any script to run or figure out whether its with google or yahoo to know (estimate) of what each advertisers bid is for that keyword?

No.

You can plug them into the Google AdWords tool, but in my experience (as an advertiser across many niches) it's not even close to accurate.

You can only know by starting up your own advertising campaigns, and even that would only apply to you and your own expertise at running campaigns.

Google ostensibly doesn't want people creating Made-For-AdSense pages solely to target high paying keywords. The advertisers aren't crazy about it either.

And in addition to all that, there are a lot of things that go into the PPC, not just the bid. The amount of competition, smart pricing, day parting, quality scores, ad rank - and a bunch we don't even know about.

So the short answer is - no.
