No Channel Info

Hi

Just started splitting up my ads into different channels - I am aware that channel stats are supposed to be delayed by 48 hours - but I started 5 days ago and still nothing is showing up in the reports (aggregate reports are fine).

I have been adding new channels and uploading the new code each day for the last 5 days - so I would expect the first channels created to be showing up by now - or do ALL channels have to be over 48 hours old before any will show?

You should be showing channel data. Try checking in your AdSense account and make sure the channels are active - you can switch between active and inactive, so perhaps you need to activate the ones you are trying to track.

All the channels are active - they are all listed in the active channels box.

To double check, I even tried the 'deactivate channels' option - just to see if the drop down menu would list deactivated channels for me to reactivate - but as I suspected, no channels were listed as being deactivated.

are you highlighting the channels in the right hand side box before generating the report? If you have more than one channel you can use CTRL button and mouse click to select several channels... then click on the generate report button (assuming you've checked the radio button for channels)

Also, I think channel reporting is 3 days behind

Just got a reply from adsense support - they said that in the date range, you need to select 'All Time'.

This works for me - it also works when I select some other date ranges - but what I HAD been doing was selecting 'yesterday' as my date range.

I got confused about the 48 hour lag thing obviously - I was thinking that if I selected yesterday, I would still see stats, but delayed 48 hours.

So it's my fault really, but it would be a good idea if Adsense could have the 'Today' and 'Yesterday' options greyed out when channel reporting is selected, to avoid confusion.
