Google Bidder Testing

Just spotted "Google Bidder Testing" in the Certified Ad Networks. I Googled it, but no results.

I also spotted "Google Display Network: Premium".

How are we to accept these networks when we can't even find anything about them ?

Also, please put them in alphabetical order.

That's a strange one, isn't it? Since it has Google's name then it's probably something internal.
