adsense is getting worse

now on my page i have the same ads on left and top (format 250*250 & 728*90, the targeting is bad for example i have an article about polital reunion, adsense give me ads about Reucion country, seem that adsense never use the article but just the title and url.

I put the same article on a health domain, and strangely i have health ads ?

It's as if each website had a set of predetermined advertising ? It's an opinion....

Yes, the overall theme of a website does change the ads being displayed to some degree.

Additionally, the search terms that took you to the page, the page name, page content, lots of factors are all blended into a list of ad topics.

Before they validated a search engine sent the search terms it used to be easy to manipulate AdSense with simple tricks such as:

example.com?q=mesothelioma

It was literally that easy to alter the ads being displayed, at least half of them.
