Hi, got this weird doubt.

For a site having several hundred (or thousand) subscribers, the visitors would be from same sets of IPs. Is there some chance for Google to think of it as some unusual activity or invalid clicks ?

doubt it. visitors return to websites all the time, which is pretty much the same thing. and google's feedburner gives you the option of putting ads inside your rss feeds. so they almost expect it.

it's unlikely that subscribers would repeatedly click the ads anyway, as they normally become blind to them after a while.

Interesting question. I don't think this should be a problem. There are many advertisers and the ads will not always be the same ones appearing on your website. Besides Google already has its ways of checking for fraud clicks.

Maybe I've lost the plot.

Now unless you just so happen to, for some very curious local reason, have all your visitors from your own giant local ISP?

Entirely possible... Unless I missed some critical point.

BUT, if I were from Google's algorithm, I'd think it "suspect".

Now smarter people than me will demonstrate where I'm obviously wrong.

Thinking locally and, I don't think I am wrong here but, as always, I'm open to correction.

Now I do NOT have any web sites with my ISP, that's BigPond for Australians.

Imagine if ALL my visitors came from BigPond's IP's

What conclusion would Australian AdSenser's here come to?

I'd have to have one of the narrowest, targeted sites around. Improbable.

AdSense maybe stupid but, not entirely stupid.

Google has many ways to track people on the web, not just IP address.
