Just got an offer - is this allowed?

Since a client does not use the ad space on his well visited site by himself he offered my to include my Adsense code there (nice client, eh? :))

Since we handle all the content of this web there would be no content-related TOS issues, but is it allowed to include my Adsense code on a domain which does not belong to me?

No, it doesn't violate the TOS. An advertisers once placed his AdSense code on our web site for a monthly payment (instead of banners etc.)

My understanding is that it does not violate the TOS, but that you have to understand that fradulent clicks, etc. coming from that site are still considered your responsibility by Google since your code is on the pages.

Yes, it is fine if the site is within all the terms/policies, and you have permission from the owner.

You should be fine. :) From: [google.com...]

Plus I think there was something about domain ownership. But when I first signed up with AdSense, I wasn't an "official" owner, my web host owned it (and yes, that was a huge mistake).

Actually, couldnt someone simply copy your code from your site and put it on theirs without your permission and start clicking like mad to get you banned? Sounds too easy to me.

Yes, funandgames ... that is perfect possible and a big hole in the AS TOS for me .. I think it has been discussed before in this forum a lot. I lost track of that subject and I'm not aware if GG did something for this.

GG should offer a white-list of allowed domains that we the publishers can fill out .. so, nobody else can include our publisher account in a page that we are not aware of.
