Is polling day affecting Adsense revenue

I see a dramatic drop in adsense clicks today. Does the voter turnout have anything to do with it? Anybody else with primarily US traffic see a drop in revenues?

I'm seeing a totally average day - traffic, clicks, earnings are all right on track for this time of day.

I'm doing really well--above average. Maybe people are staying home from work to vote and then getting online at home. Or it could that with many of my visitors being teachers, and schools being closed to use as polling places, they are at home....

Well, I run an election site, as a percentage, adsense clicks are below average. In sheer number, though, today's traffic has driven asdense clicks are through the roof.

Alas, tomorrow my election clicks will be all gone...

I'm seeing a little behind average for both days, but not that far, all things considered. We have a wide range of topics, that always helps.

Makes me hopeful for Thanksgiving, Xmas, etc.

I wouldn't think the voting will have much impact on daytime traffic (and my 100k visit/day site back this up thus far).

However, I think tonight will rank right up there with New Years and other holidays... evening traffic will take a huge hit, as many tune into tv and/or election sites instead of going about their typical routine.
