Does your viewer click on more than one?

Facing the problem of lowered PPC, I am thinking to reduce the units now. If I replace leadboard with a banner, only the top two will be shown.

I assume most will only click ONE and never came back. Is my assumption right?

Not necessarily.

Even Google in their Adwords Support recognize that users can click on an ad multiple times for very valid reasons -- they may be comparison shopping or returning to your site for more information.

Plus, the correlation between the number of units and earnings per click has not been well established here in this forum or anywhere else. Why listen to hearsay?

Our visitors average 3 clicks, with many members clicking on 5 to 7 ads during a session. So far (over 8 months) google has not had a single problem with it.

I am told it's unusual, but I think if google reviewed our sites they have seen our fairly unique setup. Obviously they have because our sites looked the same as when we joined, just with new content and a LOT of new members.
