I just looked back to 2006. There had been the soccer WM in Germany. My major income are my German sites.

My eCPM has dropped by about 40% since Sunday. Monday was about 30% down on Sunday and Tuesday till today is a further 10% down. Strangely the page impressions for Tuesday and Wednesday are about 20% higher than norm.
