Timing? When to Add Adsense ?

I have several exisiting sites and update mostly on a monthly basis... However, whenever I write several new pages and include the ad blocks... my stats hit bottom...

Could that be because I add the adsense code too early?

Should I wait a day or so to add the ad blocks?

What do others do in this situation?

I always add AdSense to my pages as soon as I add them. Never done it any other way and never thought about waiting.

Never heard of that before, I add immediately all the time as I go along.

Most of my articles get good traffic the first few days. I cannot afford not to put the Adsense code immediately. When the article becomes live, the article will have its Adsense code.

Never put the Adsense code a day or so after the article becomes live.
