Same ad unit (same size) or different units units

using same unit in all pages, or more than a unit?

Hello,

Lets say a website is divided into 2 sections, each with a different language.

Language-X is better in revenue (eCPM is higher than other language). but it has only 10% of website traffic.

Language-Y is cheaper and less relative revenue (less eCPM) but with 90% of website traffic.

Both Lang X and Y pages have same design, and there is an ad unit placed in same place on both languages pages, so which is better, to use different ad unit on each language? or use same ad unit on both languages pages?

Note: Placement Ads are better in revenue in my case.

Your Experience is highly appreciated, Thanks in advance.

Even if the adblocks are formatted the same, I'd use two, one for each section and assigned each it's own channel.

Hello ken_b

And thanks for reply.

I'm doing what you suggested (that's how i discovered the big difference in revenue).

But did you try to use same adblock? to see if there is any change in revenue?
