Hello !

I've read that AdSense Payments to UK were Slightly Delayed this month, but we're now the 20th of April, and i still didn't received the Payment !

My payment history just shows "Payment issued : 25 march" but my bank didn't received any EFT.

What happens ? Am I alone is this situation ? I used to be paid in time for months, but i think there is a problem.

Of course I tried to contact Google, but i got no answer for more than a week... don't know what to do, it's driving me crazy (my company needs those ad revenues).

please help !

thank you

I'm in the UK and receive payments via EFT. The last payment hit my account on 29/03/2010. So, unless you are receiving payment by cheque in the post, you probably have a problem.

Go into Adsense and read what they say about payments in their help section. Apologies for not being more specific and good luck.

And please post about how you get on to educate others on how to get round the problem.

Hi nomis5, thanks for the answer.

When was issued your last payment please ? I've read that adsense had problems because of the easter week-end in UK. So if your payment was issued before mine, it could explain why you already received it. Don't know..

For EFT problems they ask to fill in a special form, i've sent it more than a week ago and I still have no answer from them, it's impossible to get in touch with google... i'm lost :(

Have you tried contacting your bank?
Maybe they forgot to approve the payment or it was put on hold or deposited in the wrong account.

My bank said that I have to call google, because they didn't receive anything, and nothing is pending.

@HuskyPup> This number is just an automatic answering machine that says i have to contact google by email....

But i don't have any anwsers from them for more than a week, what can i do ? It's not only frustrating, my company needs that money ;(

Is there someone from google here ?

Unfortunatly this is exactly the same answering machine :(

Google has the worst CRM ever by far. It's interesting to notice that there is a number if you want more info about the AdWords programm. But if you're an Adsense publisher they just don't care about you: use a form, and wait for an answer that never come.

In their early, testing formative days G kept in contact with all of us all the time, they needed us, they have obviously taken the stance they we are all surplus to their requirements now.

This will come back and bite them in their a$$ and guess what...they'll say, tell us what we've done wrong, tell us what to do to re-ignite the "love" between us?

I'll point them to an answering machine and an automated e-mail program telling them to look at my FAQS on-line!

I agree, but there is no other solution to compete against them at the moment, so most of the website owners are using Adsense. And it won't change until an alternative network is created.

Don't know what is doing Microsoft, but their programm is closed for non us residents, and Yahoo will close theirs at the end of the month. The Ad sky is dark :(

It's not only frustrating, a client is supposed to pay for a service, and my company really needs that money...

They're not talking to the advertisers these days, so you *know* the publishers are at the bottom of the list.

Microsoft doesn't have the ads, unfortunately, even if they did take non-us sites.

is there anybody working for adsense here on the forum ?

Yep, AdSense Advisor...hasn't posted here since early February!

In Google's job description they insist on non-communicative people as their first priority...hmmm...this from the company that's trying to organise the world's information:-)
