Same page, huge difference in impressions

First ad displays less than those lower down...

On one of my sites, I have a "336 x 280" Ad at the top of the page, and a "300 x 250" lower down (and they're produced in this order too).

In Feb, I added an additional 100 pages to this site, and created a couple of new ads/channels.

I'm slightly confused as to why the page impressions of smaller ad lower down the page has been so much higher since day 1...

(top) 336 x 280 = 1,400 page impressions
(bottom) 300 x 250 = 11,300 page impressions

Any ideas?

What you might do is configure a channel on one (or more) of those pages (with both add types) and see if those numbers correlate with those of the 336 and 300 channels.

I was going to suggest that people were bailing before the second block loaded... but the bottom adcount is higher than the top one? Thats weird!
Are you certain the bottom block channel code isn't occurring anywhere else?

Yep, the channel code is only appearing on the new pages.

Maybe you have got a little to clever laying out divs and the bottom ad is loading first.

Possibly, but shouldn't the ad code that appears at the top of the HTML appear first regardless?

Just wondering if the 336 x 280 is slowler vs the 300 x 250 because of the size? Maybe?
