Is anybody is having these kind of fear in mind?
No.
I'm just ensuring I comply with googles guidelines and TOS, and in the event that google drop the AdSense service, affiliate marketing, while a little more work, in general produces more money anyway.
In fact, you could create your own affiliate backend system that looks very much like AdSense currently does anyway, and go on your own.
The beauty of AdSense is it's simplicity - cut and paste and off you go.
But there are other options. If you're looking for a little peace of mind, it may be worth your while exploring those now.

Also, Adsense would dread loosing any potential publisher to those alternatives as well. Adsense would also not like disappointed or wrongly set-aside publishers to contact any of your "Ex-Adsense advertisers" directly for half the cut...
If there is nothing fishy with your content or personal clicking, things should be ok.
I'd be more horrified with adword advertisers not finding content-adword-ROI effective enough (that is if they ever understand opting out for content ads).
You mentioned that Overture will roll out there's soon. Have you any idea when?
I got dumped by adsense. They wouldn't give me a reason even though I email them 3 times just to find out why (I was part of the Fed EX club). They approved both of my payments since for that site and said it was nothing to do with invalid clicks or anything like that. There still letting me run adsense on other sites I have but the one that was making me the most money they decided to cancel.
I've gone through all there TOS and I complied with everything and had nothing funny on my site - it was all legit. It was very frustrating getting emails back from them saying you did nothing wrong but wouldn't give me a reason why they decided to stop the site.
It would be nice for me if Overture did release soon and give other people like me an alternative. If you any new let me know.
Thanks
adword advertisers not finding content-adword-ROI effective enoughall 'big' ecommerce players are spending millions on contextual advertising right now - and you can be very sure that that's not a "mistake" after doing so for more than a year.
I am wondering if there are consultants that are close to Google/adsense that will do a site review for TOS compliance? For a fee of course.
Do you know of any?
I've asked adsense to review my site but they won't.
Ogletree, have you stopped carrying adsense?

Speculation: This may be evidence of a "low conversion rate" cancellation. If there is a large advertiser with Google conversion tracking reporting low conversions from a site's traffic, Google may just surgically remove the low-earning site from Adsense, but retain other sites that are still converting well.
