I have a website with iframes. Can i put my AdSense in a frame of it's own?

Yes, it shouldn't be a problem.

If you want the content to be specific to the framed page you should use the framed page option when creating your Adsense code.

Otherwise just use the standard Adsense code and the ad content will update based on the content of the pages it is framed to.
