Can I reapply adsense after closing previous google account?

I had a google account that contains Adsense Account before. But I'd closed the whole Google Account (including Adsense) due to several suspicious or unknown log in that was not me 2 months ago. I didn't broke any rules or TOS of Google Adsense. I didn't filled in the Adsense cancellation form. I registered a new Google Account with a Blogger account 1 month ago.

May I know that am I allowed to reapply a new Adsense Account with the same Payee Name? Now I can't log into my previous Adsense Account with the previous name.

I have closed an account then reopened one before. IIRC I never filled in a form, I wrote an email and asked for it to be closed.

AFAIK, the site has to be at least 6 months old if it is a new account.

Thanks for your reply. May I know that do I need to write them an email to ask for closing my previous Adsense Account? If yes, may I ask for their email address? I can't log into my previous Adsense account so I think it's closed.

It looks like they have already closed the old account as you cannot log in.
A month to wait is a long time. Is your site less than 6 months old ?
Their email address varies from country to country.

If what I hear is true, then yes. But there could be other reasons why they haven't accepted your site.

Thanks for your reply. Now I'd apply for a new Adsense account and waiting for their review. Hopefully I can get a new adsense account.
